Halpern's hockey pants reminded me of parents that bought hockey pants that were too large so their kids could grow into them. Two strides and then the pants move.
Purcell scored a nice contract $4.5M for 3 years from SY in July 2012 and then started to decline.
This type of decline after a big contract is why I worry about 7 year contracts. |
